Project Description: Social game is a building energy management project that focuses on office buildings and utilizes new building automation products and the Internet of Things (IoT) smart sensors. The project aims to develop a testbed that demonstrates the potential energy savings of human interactions and educate campus students about technology to improve productivity and inspire research into innovative solutions. Funds were provided to support the purchase of cutting-edge IoT sensors, software and computing devices as well as to hold technology events open to all campus members.
