  •  “The student helpdesk has been tremendously successful over the past three years, in large part due to the support received from the Student Tech Fund. We have been able to expand service locations and hours, hire a larger and more diverse student technician team, and become a trusted and valued service for students. Best of all, the number of students we have helped per year has jumped by nearly 500%. We are so proud of the work we are able to do and we are grateful that the Student Tech Fund supports this work on behalf of students.” -- Cristóbal Olivares, Director of Student Technologies
  • "Thank you so much to the Moffitt helpdesk team for helping me with my computer and for going above and beyond for a fellow student. They helped me figure out the root problem and figure out a solution for saving my data, while also being kind and calm and even staying after their shifts had finished. You are amazing!" -- anonymous student
  • "The summer before I came as a new transfer student, I was taking summer classes and I happened onto the student helpdesk. When I asked for help with several software issues, they were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It was a great first impression for me, and I referred my friends to use the service after that because I had such a positive experience." -- anonymous student
