Project Description: The Student Helpdesk and Technology Resource Promotion project will ensure that all undergraduate and graduate students can obtain the assistance they need to configure, use, learn about, and troubleshoot their hardware (i.e., personal computing devices, phones, iClickers, tablets, etc.) and software; and find technology tools, resources, and jobs that will enhance their experience as UC Berkeley students.
