Project Description: Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) proposes the implementation of TAO Connect for all Berkeley students. TAO Connect is a self-help, evidence-based online platform that provides education and skill development to support students’ mental health and well-being, with a particular focus on stress, anxiety and depression. The funds for this program were used to purchase commercial software licensing of TAO Connect. This program is available to all registered students, regardless of whether they are engaged in formal counseling at CAPS.
